Onx Winery

Currently, in design, this project consists of a new hospitality center, tasting room, and production facility located along Kiler Canyon Road. The hospitality center and tasting room accommodate 50-100 visitors a day and up to 200 during peak season. The tasting facility takes into consideration the wineries brand and responds directly to the historic Paso Robles aesthetic of being warm, rustic, and with a modern spin. The design program includes incorporating educational components for guest interaction, which will promote an understanding of the wine-making process as well as the context of the site. The architecture and material selections take inspiration from the language of the space and the family’s winemaking philosophy while orienting itself to frame astonishing views.
