The Century Drive corridor in West bend ia an active area with services supporting recreation and the growing Oregon State Univerity (OSU) Cascades campus. This project envisions 144 micro-unit apartments, residential amenities, and ground floor commercial space, in a modern, airy, 5-story building.

Micro-Units provide more housing choices in Bend and encourage communal gathering at popular local pubs and coworking spaces. OSU Cascades students will be able to walk to class and others will enjoy the quick access to the mountain year-round. The sloped site accomodates parking access from SW Yates Drive allowing commercial uses and great frotnage visibility along Century Drive.
