SHELL BEACH RESIDENCE

This 1970s, oceanside, bluff-top residence took on a complete interior and exterior remodel and reorganization. The design features an open floor plan that focuses on the ocean views overlooking Avila Beach and Port San Luis. Having been previously remodeled away from its original minimalist style, the residence was restored to its contemporary roots with a modern aesthetic.
