Nestled among the ridge-top oak trees and chaparral of See Canyon, this new residence will be encompassed by beautiful views of the Avila Valley. Expansive openings take advantage of the unique microclimate and blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living space. A raw, unfinished material palette allows the building to understate its presence in the natural environment. The prefabricated steel structure, made with an average of 70% recycled content, and SIP wall panels will shorten the construction schedule on a difficult site and result in a high-performance building envelope.
