Position:     Visualization Artist

TEN OVER MEDIA is seeking a visualization artist to join our team. We are specifically looking for someone with experience in 3D modeling, 3D image composition, and 3D video production. The Visualization Artist will work alongside our Creative Director to provide clients with immersive films and engaging images that empower our clients with content for marketing and build interest for their upcoming properties.

TEN OVER MEDIA is a growing visualization house that creates 3D films and images for marketing campaigns in the hospitality sector. TEN OVER MEDIA is a department of design firm TEN OVER STUDIO, located in San Luis Obispo, CA. We are looking for a candidate with a strong portfolio who meets the following requirements;

  • A refined eye for architecture, lighting, composition and imagery.

  • Experience in 3D video production.

  • Great 3D modeling skills using SketchUp Pro.

  • Experience in Lumion Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign.

  • An understanding of marketing strategies, project branding, and complete set of construction documents.

  • Knowledge of building systems and basic construction methodology.

  • Good experience in collaborating within a team.

  • Creative abilities, acute attention to detail and strong understanding of picture composition and efficient workflow.

  • Must speak fluent English.

  • Ability to analyze problems and suggest creative solutions.

  • Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Excellent customer/client service skills and multi-tasking ability.

Education and Experience:

  • No degree required, but an education in Architecture or related design field is preferred.

Licensing and Certification (required):

  • Valid California driver's license

  • Ability to drive a vehicle for company business and comply with TEN OVER STUDIO's Motor Vehicle Policy
