DISCOVERY WEST LIVE/WORK

This project includes the design of five, three-story mixed use buildings that surround The Corner, a central plaza of the Discovery West development. On the ground floor of each building is a commercial space, and a garage/carport parking for the residential units. Above each commercial space is a 3 bedroom residential unit and a 2 bedroom ADU. 

This development is the cornerstone for the new plaza and the backdrop for this public amenity. The architecture draws inspiration from the Northwest with a solid masonry base along with steel and heavy timber accents to celebrate the rugged spirit of Central Oregon.
