cayucos beach oasis

A residence nestled on the Cayucos hillside needed usable outdoor entertainment and leisure space which led to an exciting design opportunity. Programming included a pool, fire pit, gathering areas, outdoor shower, and child-friendly play spaces to complete their warm and inviting Mediterranean-styled home. The design team paid special attention to the site's context and vistas to develop a design that did not obstruct but rather highlighted the property. A coastal palette for planting as well as exterior finishes were chosen to complement the architecture and essence of the space.
